We are truly blessed by our extended family.  The first weekend of December is always set aside for the Lankford Christmas celebration, which is David’s mom’s side of the family.  I am always so blessed by the time we all spend together.   It is so apparent that Jesus, traditions and family are the foundation of this group.  I love them!

We were able to celebrate Reagan’s 3rd birthday together!

Noah loved his cupcake…which he finished in about one minute!

The other two cousins, Taylor and Lauren.

Noah’s favorite gift from the weekend was the apple Mamaw Loys gave him.  I should take the hint for my own Christmas shopping!

Our Thanksgiving was nice and relaxing.  We had low key dinner on Thanksgiving and that evening, headed to Lawrenceville for the lighting of the Christmas tree.  On Friday, we headed to my aunt and uncle’s for another great meal.  Fun times were had by all!

Noah and I at the lighting of the tree.

Noah was definitely in awe of Santa…now if we could just get him to sit on his lap for a picture!

This was David’s idea for our Christmas card picture this year!  Do you think we used it?!?!

I am just so overwhelmed by Noah.  He amazes me everyday!

I am sure most of you have stopped checking my blog by now because I stink at keeping it updated, but, to my defense, my life is about as overwhelming as it could possibly get at this point.  So, pictures are coming of holiday stuff soon…just not today!

Please keep praying for our house to sell.  David and I are totally miserable living apart, but God is sustaining us each day.  We are clinging to the verse about learning the secret of contentment in any situation.  I can’t wait to blog about the day we get a contract on our house!!!
