Scott, Abatha and Nate came in for a long visit this past weekend.  It was a blast.  We were able to eat a lot, enjoy time with extended family, have a party with friends and top it off with a visit to the zoo.  It is so special every time we see them.  Nate is getting so big and he is SO smart.  I think he knew the names of more of the animals at the zoo than I did.  He is so sweet with Noah and loves showing him the ropes.  We can’t wait to see them again!  Here comes a lot of pictures!

Mimi and Paka with their boys!

The new smile!

A group shot of the cousins and their kids.  (We miss Rebecca!)

Here are a few pictures from the party!

Some shots of all of us at the zoo!  The pandas were great.

Thanks to Seleta, we have been able to go to 2 Braves games in the past couple of weeks.  We went to one against the Dodgers for my birthday.  We were also able to go to the game where John Smoltz pitched his 3,000 strike out!  We have had a blast and we love the Braves.  Noah did learn how to do the tomahawk chop, but I have yet to capture it on video.

My dad captured the actual strike out pitch on camera.

Here is Noah and his parentals at the game!

Here is one of many pictures of Noah’s new smile.  I just love how he crinkles his little nose!

Sorry for the lack of posts lately.  We have been super busy this past week, so I have been slacking off with updating the blog.  Here’s a quick blog-I will add more later once I get pictures from my mom’s camera.

Last Sunday evening, Noah and I were hanging out in the kitchen.  Noah can definitely stand up on his own without holding onto anything, but he hasn’t done much moving beyond that.  So, he was standing on the tile floor and he looked at me like, "I think I want to try this."  He took 3 steps forward and then face planted! Needless to say, we had a long night after that.

This is the only picture I didn’t feel bad about posting.  I tried to get a picture of his fat lip but he was crying so they were all pretty pitiful!

Stay tuned for pictures from the 2 Braves games we attended and Kristy’s baby shower.  Fun stuff!

Noah is 10 months old today!  I don’t why, but for some reason this specific month "birthday" has been a big deal to me.  I think it is because he is SO close to his first birthday that I am just overwhelmed by how quickly these 10 months have gone by.  Yes, I cried tonight when I put him down to bed.  He is just getting so big.  Anyways (can you tell I am a mom!) here are a few pictures of how much he is grown in 10 months.

Here is Noah on his way home in from the hospital, so he was 2 days old.

This was our first photo shoot with Noah.  I think he was 4 days old in the pic.

This is a picture from today.  He looks so grown-up!

It has been difficult finding Noah 12 month pajamas.  These are his new "big boy" pjs.  I guess they stop putting feet in them once they hit the 9-12 month size.  I like him in green!

The Shera girls came over for dinner tonight; we always have so much fun.  I am so thankful God has blessed me with such wonderful and lasting friendships.  They are great-God is great.  I definitely couldn’t wait to post these pictures of Noah and Bella.  Noah has a lot of little girl friends out there, and Bella is definitely up there on the list.  She is just so sweet.  It makes me want to have a little girl…not anytime soon though. emoticon

How cute is this picture?  It is very difficult to get two little ones to look at the camera and smile (or in Noah’s case, open your mouth) at the same time.  They were both very cooperative. Bella even put her arm around Noah!!!  She is so smart.

This is just a funny picture altogether.  Bella came over to get at Noah and she kind of looks like she is going for something else, if you know what I mean?  So funny!  Noah doesn’t seem to mind one bit.

Sorry I haven’t updated the blog in awhile, but part of me thinks I am the only one who checks it anyways and I already know what is going on in my life!!!  We got back from David’s mom and dad’s house today for a little mini-vacation.  We made our third annual trip to the practice rounds of the Masters on Tuesday.  We had a great time, but I did a horrible job of taking pictures while we were there.  David’s dad got a lot of great pictures with Lauren and a few of the pros.  I don’t necessarily love the game of golf, but I love going to this course because it is just beautiful.  It’s my official kick off to spring.

I know this picture isn’t that great, but I wanted to show off Noah’s cute masters shirt.

Here is Noah and his Grammy.

Just a fun bath picture.  Look at all that hair!

I spoke to soon on the blog stating that I thought Noah might skip crawling.  He is crawling everywhere.  He got really good at it last week and right now I am thinking about how I am going to keep him out of Lucy’s water bowl.  He is doing a lot of fun tricks like clapping, waving, playing peek-a-boo, and raising his hands up in the air for "So big!"  He is the coolest for sure!!
