Sorry there have been issues linking to our new blog.  Here is the new address.  You might have to type it in instead of clicking on the link.  I am doing this on a Mac…our PC is on the outs, so I can’t check to see how it looks on a PC.

I know I need to change my main pic on this page.  Wow..that picture was taken a year and half ago.  Kids change so fast!

The two boys, my mom, and I headed down to Cocoa Beach last week for a fun-filled trip week with my Aunt Jane.  She moved from Athens in December of last year to FL…right across from the beach.  It was absolutely beautiful!  We had a great time visiting, and to top it all off, I had a much needed massage that was fabulous.  I think it should be required to get a massage once a month.  I might try and sneak that into the budget!

Noah has really taken to the beach.  He loved picking up sea shells and playing in the waves.

Gavin did a great job of taking one of his naps while we played on the beach.

All pretty in brown!

My attempt for a family pic

All of us at the beach!  We had such a great time.  Thanks for everything, Aunt Jane!

David and I celebrate our fourth anniversary today.  I guess we are no longer officially newlyweds!  I can’t believe it’s been four years…it feels like our wedding was yesterday and an eternity ago at the same time.  I love him so very much.  He makes me a better me, he loves me regardless of my many flaws, he exemplifies Jesus’ unconditional love, he is the best father to our babies, he thinks I am hot emoticon, he is my best friend.  I pray that we never take advantage of our marriage and that we continue to work at making it great.  Yeah for four years…may there be many, many, many more.

*We wiped our computer a few weeks ago, so we have no pics of our wedding back on.  Here’s one from a while back just in case you have forgotten what we look like.  Hehehe!

We headed to Fort Walton Beach with David’s parents and his brother’s family a couple of weeks ago.  A great time was had by all, as usual!  It is so much fun for me to watch Noah spending time with his cousins.   He loves those girls so much and is still talking about going to the beach.

After a couple of days of being unsure of the ocean, Noah had no fear of splashing in the waves.

I have to confess that none of of our "posed pics" turned out as I had wanted.  Oh well…we tried!

Our group shot minus Gary Lee.

Seneca has the BEST Chick-Fil-A on the planet.  They are ALWAYS having fun activities for kids, and this Saturday, Thomas was visiting.  Noah was super excited!

He looks so big in this picture.

To get him to ride the train, David had to accompany him.  How cute!

I am so lucky that to be able to hang out with Gavin and Noah everyday.  Noah’s ability to express himself and create sentences is amazing and Gavin is starting to roll over and laugh.  What a fun life I have!

To all (2 of you) that are waiting on an updated blog, I am getting there.  Going on vacation with two little ones is quite exhausting.  I am still trying to get my house back in order and catch up on some sleep.  I will get some great pics up in the next couple of days.  I know you will all be on the edge of your seats waiting…

We had a wonderful time celebrating Father’s Day.  My kids are so lucky to have David as their daddy.  David just wanted to relax for the day, so after we came home from church, all the boys (and Lucy) took a nice, long nap…

…which was great for me because I was able to accomplish a lot on my to-do list!

Then, we had a nice dinner with "Dad" brownies to top it off!

Noah had another little birthday celebration with some of his Foothills friends at the pool last Wednesday.   I am so thankful for our new friends from FCC.

Gavin is at such an awkward age to be outside for long periods of time.  Besides despising the car seat, Gavin doesn’t like to be hot and sweaty.  He was a trooper at the party though.  I will let you know how he does at the beach next week…

I had to document the first official time Noah was sharing with Gavin without my prompting.  We’ll see how long this lasts!!!

What a wonderful weekend we had!  My little man turned 2!  Over the past 2 years, Noah has completely changed my life.  I am so blessed that he is my son.  His sweet spirit and growing mind amaze me everyday.  He makes me a better person.  Wow, I love my little boy!

We had his Mickey Mouse birthday party on Saturday at my parents’ house.  Unfortunately, my camera cut out in the middle, so I don’t have adequate pics of all of the guests…those will come from my dad’s camera in birthday blog #2.

I had fun making the decorations and David was able to get Moonwalks for the kids.  They seemed to be a big hit!.

Morgan does an awesome job at cakes, so I assisted her in decorating Noah’s.  It turned out awesome.

This seems to be the only photo I got of the birthday boy at the party with my camera.  He was a bit hot!

On Sunday, we headed back to Seneca with Scott, Abatha, Nate and my mom.  It was really great having them visit our new home and church.  Noah and Nate had such a great time together.

Scott and "Gav" hanging out.

Ab and "Gav"

Nate and Noah for Noah’s birthday breakfast.  I tried to keep with the Mickey theme.

We headed to Olive Garden with Grammy and Poppy for Noah’s birthday dinner.  Of course we had a great time.

There will be more birthday stuff to come!  I love celebrating birthdays all week!
